Public Safety Day 2024: You are invited!

Public Safety Day and Be Safe Saturday are teaming up to host a family-friendly event where community members will be able to learn, discover, and engage with local public safety agencies to see what it takes to keep Southern Arizona safe! Join us for FREE car seat checks and a limited supply of FREE booster seats! There will be fire engines, ladder trucks, ambulances, police vehicles, SWAT, K-9s, drones, and helicopters on hand, as well as educational presentations, various demonstrations, and safety information. This event will also include interagency competitions such as a basketball-shot challenge, timed turnout contests, and vehicle extractions.

This event will take place inside and outside of the Tucson Mall. Inside the mall will be TMC’s Be Safe Saturday focused on children’s safety. There will be around 40 vendors offering information on children’s safety as well as FREE bike helmets (while supplies last). See more information on the mall’s website.
