High School Summer Internships with the Town of Marana – Paid Opportunities for Students!
The Town of Marana is accepting applications for the “Get on Track with the Town of Marana” Summer internship program. Students can apply for a variety of roles across Town of Marana Departments. The program provides real world opportunities and creates a pipeline of labor and trade positions within the Town of Marana. Students learn from real professionals and apply their skills and knowledge directly in the field.
Available Positions:
Students can explore a variety of roles across Town departments, including:
- Development Services: Building Inspector, Plans Examiner – Residential
- Parks & Recreation: Irrigation Technician
- Public Works: Fleet Technician, Facilities Technician
- Town Manager’s Office: Digital Content Intern
- Water: Water Operator, Water Reclamation Operator
- Information Technology: Software Development Assistant, Technology Support Assistant
Program Benefits
- Open to incoming juniors and seniors
- 6-week program: June 1 – July 10, 2026
- Paid opportunity: $15.15/hour, 40 hours/week
- Hands-on experience with Town professionals
