Principal

Welcome to MCAT High School!  Our team is excited to work with you and your family to design a supportive learning experience for your child at our school.  I hope you will find many caring adults, friendly smiles, and classrooms that stimulate curiosity and discussion whenever you visit our campus. 

In addition to being a proud educator in the Marana Unified School District for over 20 years,  I have also celebrated with my own children when they earned their high school diplomas from Marana schools.  For the majority of my career I have worked with high school aged students: first as a Special Education Teacher at Marana High School, and more recently at Mountain View High School as the Associate Principal before coming to MCAT. 

I want you to know that I love my job- and I really enjoy getting to know all of the students who join our school community.  I learn from them constantly and am very proud to see them achieve their personal goals.  I strive to be creative and compassionate when it comes to finding a way to help teenagers feel confident in school, and successful in life.  I hope that your child will feel prepared for the future as they graduate from our school.  Please reach out to me or our school team at any time!
