The Learning Lab Program

A pathway to graduation, the Learning Lab at MUSD provides a flexible yet structured academic setting for high school students to complete courses online with some in-person support. The Lab provides an academic setting and daily routine to promote independent learning.

Typically an option for students enrolled in Marana Distance Learning, this pathway provides students with a tailored plan to reach graduation incorporating online coursework with access to staff for guidance. Whether it is one course or multiple courses that need to be completed, our staff will help your student navigate the requirements for all classes and graduation.

  • A flexible but structured program.
  • A personal plan to reach graduation tailored for each student.
  • Students attend MCAT High School for three hours daily to work independently and have access to staff.
  • Transportation is not provided.
  • Open to students 16 years and older.
  • Students or families/parents can apply. Space is limited. Applications are always accepted.
